The Absolute
Fastest Way to Lose Belly Fat
Everyone wants to lose some excess body fat. For most
people, they're looking to lose belly fat and they want to lose
belly fat fast. Most of us over eat during fall and winter
months, and then we make a new years resolution to lose weight
and get a toned body by summer time. Unfortunately, if you're
trying to learn how to lose belly fat, it's not exactly a quick
fix.
Most people overlook how hard it can be to lose belly fat
off their body. The fat on your belly is very stubborn and hard
to lose compared to the fat on other parts of your body.
There are physiological differences when it comes to
abdominal fat. We tend to store more fat around our abdominals
because that body fat is needed to protect our internal organs;
therefore, your belly is going to try to hold on to that
fat.
It's going to take hard work and dedication to lose belly
fat, but don't worry because it can be done with the right
exercises and eating habits.
The first thing you need to do is start weight lifting.
Weight lifting will increase your metabolism which helps you
burn belly fat faster. You want to lift heavier weights within
a 6-10 rep range, because this is best for a metabolic
increase.
The next thing you want to do is increase your cardio. Don't
go for hours of long cardio each week, but instead, focus your
attention on sprinting with a few sessions of long steady
cardio. Sprinting will help to release the fatty acids from the
tissue and steady cardio sessions will then burn the fatty
acids off. Doing cardio this way can be more effective at
losing stubborn belly fat.
The last thing you need to do is change your diet. Eat more
protein and cut back on complex carbohydrates and fat
calories.
Many people go to an extreme and eat too much protein and
not enough carbs. Remember that your body needs carbs just as
much as protein; it just doesn't need too many carbs.
The best thing to do is eat your carbs before and after you
workout so that your muscles will have energy to get you
through your workouts (and replenish the energy used during
your workout) and those carbs have a better chance of being
used for energy instead of fat.
As long as you are patient with the process and continually
push yourself when you workout, there is no reason why within
time, you can't lose belly fat and get a flat toned set of
abs.
